Poster Presentation Guidelines - AMPICON 2025
All presenters selected for poster presentation at AMPICON-2025 are advised to follow the detailed guidelines mentioned below to help you prepare and present your poster (physically) effectively.

Physical Poster Dimensions:
- Size: The poster should be 33.1 inches (width) by 46.8 inches (height). (A0 size)
- Orientation: Posters should be in portrait orientation.

Poster Content:
- Title: The title should be at the top of the poster in large, bold font (suggested size: 72 pt). Include the full title of your research or project.
- Authors: List the names of all authors, along with their affiliations. The presenting author’s name should be highlighted or in bold.
- Separate boxes can be used for each section: for example: Introduction, Methodology, Results & Discussions, Conclusion, Reference etc. Individual box width and height can be adjusted according to each section.

Design Guidelines:
- Suggested Font Size:
- Title: 72 pt (or larger)
- Section Headers: 54 pt
- Body Text: 36 pt
- Captions: 20-24 pt
- Colour Scheme: Use a consistent, professional colour scheme. Ensure that there is enough contrast between the text and background for readability.
- Images and Graphics:
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
- Charts and graphs should be clearly labelled with legends and axes.
- Avoid overcrowding the poster with text; if possible, use bullet points and visuals to convey information succinctly.
- White Space: Leave adequate white space to avoid clutter and ensure readability.

Poster Printing & Fixing:
- Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters and pasting them in the designated place during the conference. Pins and other materials for fixing the posters will be provided by the organisers & volunteers will be present for your help.
- Ensure that the poster is printed on high-quality paper with a matte or satin finish to reduce glare.
- Poster display timing: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm on the assigned conference day.
- Posters must be removed by the end of the day to make space for subsequent sessions. Organizers will not be responsible for unclaimed posters.

- QR Codes: Optional, but encouraged. QR codes can be used to link to additional resources, full papers, or contact information.
