1. Registration Categories & Fees

   • AMPI Members: ₹4,000 (Early Bird), ₹5,000 (Regular), ₹6,000 (On-Site)

   • Non-AMPI Members: ₹4,500 (Early Bird), ₹5,500 (Regular), ₹7,000 (On-Site)

   • Associate Delegates: ₹2,000 (Early Bird), ₹2,500 (Regular), ₹4,000 (On-Site)

   • Senior AMPI Members (60+ years): ₹2,500 (Early Bird), ₹3,000 (Regular), ₹4,500 (On-Site)

   • Senior AMPI Members (<75 years): Complimentary across all registration periods

   • Students (Medical Physics): ₹2,000 (Early Bird), ₹2,500 (Regular), ₹5,000 (On-Site)

   • Overseas Delegates: $250 (Early Bird), $300 (Regular), $400 (On-Site)

   • Note: Additional charges may apply and will be displayed on the payment page.

2. Required Documentation

   • AMPI Members: Must provide their Membership ID number.

   • Senior AMPI Members: Must submit valid age proof.

   • Students: Must submit a bonafide certificate from their institution.

3. Additional Notes:

   • All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.

   • Participants are responsible for any transfer charges and applicable GST during the cancellation process.

   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing; telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

   • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 10 days after the conference concludes.

   • No inquiries regarding refunds will be entertained.

4. General Terms

   • By registering, participants agree to comply with all conference rules and guidelines.

   • The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or speakers as necessary.

   • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless specified otherwise.
