Oral Presentation - AMPICON 2025

Dear Presenter,
Please follow the below guidelines for your oral presentation:

Time Allotted:

• 8 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for QA session.
• Please adhere strictly to the time limit.

Presentation Format:

• Prepare slides in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), 16:9 aspect ratio.
• Include title, authors and affiliations on the first slide.
• Use clear fonts and concise text; prefer visuals over long paragraphs.

Submission:

• Submit your final presentation before 1st December, 2025 via email to ampicon2025@gmail.com along with details:
  • Your Oral Abstract ID
  • Title of abstract
  • Abstract Category
  • Name of Presenting Author
• Also request you to carry digital copy of your presentation with you.

During Presentation:

• Report to your session hall 15 minutes before the schedule of the session.
• The Session Chair will indicate when one-minute remains.

Equipment:

• Computer, projector and laser pointer will be provided.
• Personal laptops are not allowed.

Certificates:

• Issued only to registered presenting authors who deliver their presentation.
