Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference email at: sharma5jibon@gmail.com
Upto 15th september 2025, 75% refund of the registration fee.
Upto 15th October 2025, 50% refund of the registration fee.
Upto 15th November 2025, 25% refund of the registration fee.
No refund for cancellation will be given 1st December onwards.
All refunds will be done after the completion of Conference.
Transfer Charges+GST in case of cancellation will be covered by participants.
Telephonic cancellation will not be entertained. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed through Bank Transfer in 10 days after the conference. No enquiry will be entertained.
