Registration Cancellation Policy
- Upto 15th september 2025, 75% refund of the registration fee.
- Upto 15th October 2025, 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Up to 15th November 2025, 25% refund of the registration fee.
- No refund for cancellation will be given 1st December onwards.
- All refunds will be done after the completion of Conference.
- Transfer Charges+GST in case of cancellation will be covered by participants.
- Telephonic cancellation will not be entertained. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed through Bank Transfer in 10 days after the conference. No enquiry will be entertained.
