- Notification of Acceptance: 15th September 2025
General Information
- AMPICON 2025 will be conducted in-person. All accepted authors must attend and present their work on-site during the conference.
- Registration is mandatory for each presenter (Oral/Poster).
- Each participant may submit a maximum of two (02) abstracts as the first/presenting author.
- Ensure that all contributing authors are listed and their names are entered exactly as they should appear in the published abstract.
- The names as registered should be exactly same as in the abstracts for the first/presenting author.
Abstract Preparation Guidelines
- Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word or a plain text format.
- Ensure the following details are readily available for submission:
- Names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations
- Email addresses of the first/presenting author
- The abstract should be written in English and be fully anonymized for double-blind peer review.
- Word count must be 400 words or fewer, using Times New Roman, 12 pt font.
- You may include one figure or table per abstract in the space allotted.
- Abstracts based on previously published work are not permitted, unless significant advancements have been made. Plagiarism detected at any stage will disqualify the abstract.
- Only approved abstracts will be scheduled for presentation and publication. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject submissions deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the conference theme.
Abstract Structure
Your abstract should follow clearly labelled sections as below:
- TitleA concise, informative title reflecting the study content.
- Introduction and Objective
Provide the background, relevance of the topic, and clearly state your study’s objective, question or hypothesis. - Materials and Methods
Briefly describe the methods used. If any novel techniques were employed, mention them clearly. - Results and Discussions
Summarize the key findings with appropriate data and statistics. Abstracts without results or with insufficient data will be rated lower. - Conclusion
Clearly state the takeaway message or implications of your study.
Presentation Formats
Oral Presentations:
- Live, face-to-face presentation in the allotted session at the venue.
- Each presentation is 10 minutes total:
- 8 minutes for presentation
- 2 minutes for Q&A
Poster Presentations:
- Live, face-to-face presentation in the allotted session at the venue.
- Each presentation is 10 minutes total:
- Poster presentation will be done as physical poster form on the day of poster session at designated areas and time. The layout of the poster will be sent along with the intimation/acceptance email.
- An e-Poster version will be available online for viewing.
